It has become a growing trend all over the world for people to adapt to totally raw food living, which for those people is not just a diet but a way of living, a way of remaining healthy. What is Raw & Living Food? Raw and Living foods are uncooked fruits, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains, vegetables and organic seeds. These raw foods can be eaten whole or combined to make the healthiest, most delicious meals that will surprise you! What benefits does it have on you? There are many stories from raw food dieters of incredible changes in their bodies. It ranges from loosing weight, drop of high blood pressure, to healing themselves from all sorts of diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol, hepatitis B, fibromyalgia, arthritis, allergies, migraines and the list goes on. The result also speaks of better sleeping habits and a feeling of much more energy. Moreover, if an exercise regime of 15 to 30 minutes a day is followed, you are even less subject to stress! Basically we are going back to our roots; eating more home made farming of fruits and vegetables instead of all processed things we now buy in the big supermarkets.
